This exclusive 2 bed apartment sleeps 4 and combines a stylish and modern interior with stunning front line golf views over the 17th and 1st green. It is the only apartment plot on the course with frontline golf views to both the front and back... a golfer's paradise.
The apartment offers dining area and living room leading onto a balcony with panoramic views over the alluring 17th. This signature hole tests, teases and delights those who take on its unique water challenges. There is a fully fitted Bosch kitchen with views over the 1st green, plus an en-suite master bedroom with twin beds and balcony overlooking the 17th fairway and lakes.
From the second twin bedded bedroom walk straight out onto the balcony which overlooks the first green. The perfect setting to enjoy breakfast overlooking the manicured green. There is also a large separate bathroom and garage which can be used to securely store your golf clubs.
The top floor, South facing Firstgreen apartment is situated in an elevated location, enabling pure relaxation and tranquility in the Algarve sunshine no matter what time of day. An electronic security safe is also permanently fitted for you to store your valuables. The apartment is also protected by electric roller shutters to all windows, which in addition to keeping the property secure, also keeps the apartment cool during the day and ventilated during the night

Cots and highchairs can be provided. A food pack is available on request for a small fee

Maid Service
|
Included is daily maid attendance to the bedrooms and bathrooms with a mid week towel change. The apartment is also cleaned and the linen/towels are changed once per week. Linen provided, towels provided for inside the apartment only (please bring your own towels for the beach/pool)

Suitability
|
Children welcome, pets not allowed, smoking not allowed, unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible. To make the most of your holiday and to discover the 'real Portugal' along the western Algarve, we recommend you hire a car.
