Prices are for the apartment rental per week or per night. Prices include the apartment rental, electricity, gas and water charges. Maid service, laundry, and the services of our resident representatives.
Confirmation and Payment
Once we receive your booking request we will e-mail you confirmation of the holiday dates and price. If you wish to proceed you should immediately return the booking confirmation form with the deposit cheque to secure the booking. All bookings are subject to a 25% non refundable deposit. We will then confirm the booking and receipt of your payment by e-mail.
The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of £100 per week has to be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the holiday. Should your booking be within six weeks of departure the total holiday cost will be payable in full. Once we receive your balance, an information pack will be sent to you providing directions to the resort, where to collect your key, hire car (if requested) etc.
