How to Book our Rental Apartments in Lagos

Booking Procedure and Prices
The easiest way to book the apartments is online. Simply view the availability calendar for your chosen apartment Firstgreen or Lakeview choose your dates and submit your booking request via the online form. The availability calendars are always updated and the rental rate is calculated when you select your dates. Once your booking request has been received we will e-mail you a booking form to return with your deposit to confirm the booking.

If you have any particular requirements or questions, please provide further information on the bookings form. We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry the same or next working day but if you do not get a response within a couple of days, we recommend that you telephone us on 07967 553430.

If you have any questions please send an e-mail or telephone us. The apartments are available to rent all year and the changeover day is flexible apart from July/August where bookings gaps aren’t allowed. For example if there is a booking that departs on a Saturday then we will only accept an arrival on that Saturday, not say Monday which would leave two days empty.

Prices are for the apartment rental per week or per night. Prices include the apartment rental, electricity, gas and water charges. Maid service, laundry and the services of our resident representatives.

Confirmation and Payment
Once we receive your booking request we will e-mail you confirmation of the holiday dates, price, terms and conditions. If you wish to proceed you should immediately return the booking confirmation form with the deposit to secure the booking. All bookings are subject to a 25% non refundable deposit. We will then confirm the booking and receipt of your payment by e-mail.

The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of £100 per week has to be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the holiday. Should your booking be within six weeks of departure the total holiday cost will be payable in full. Once we receive your balance the key collection details and directions will be sent.
