Directions from the map
Turn right out of the car hire car park, if you need petrol, bear left and left around the roundabout (there is also another petrol station in 10 minutes). If not, keep in the right hand lane and take the signs for A22 towards Faro, then A22 Portimao.
(3 minutes into journey)
Just after the “zone industrial” sign come off following the signs for A22 to Lisbon/Portimao- this junction comes on you quickly, take care of traffic joining.
(10 minutes)
Take the sign for A22 Lisboa/Portimao/Albufeira.
(If you need petrol you will see the sign for Loule services after 5 minutes).
Once on the motorway there are about 80kms west to travel along the A22.
Continue to take the signs for A22 Lagos and Portimao.
(40 minutes)
Continue along the A22 past the GALP Service Station and turn off at Junction 1 Lagos / Vila Do Bispo. Remain in the right hand lane and continue on the dual carriageway, over the first roundabout and follow signs for N125 Sagres / Lagos.
At the next roundabout, take the 1st right sign posted Vila Do Bispo / Sagres,
Boavista Golf Resort is situated 500m on the left.
To continue in to Lagos - as the above step but take the 2nd exit signed Lagos, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit down the hill into Lagos, continue straight on at the chairs roundabout, continue straight on at the roundabout near Lidl, at the next roundabout turn right up the Avenida into Lagos town or take the 2nd exit (straight on) to get to the Marina and Meia Praia

Alternatives - Airport transfers or taxi
The other alternative is to book an airport transfer service from Faro to Lagos. You can expect to pay around €130 return for a private transfer. Please contact us if you require a recommendation.
Taxis from the airport are approximately €80 each way.
Lagos bus and taxis
Walking into Lagos from Boavista would take about 30 minutes, so if you decide to leave the car at the resort we advise that you either get a taxi which will cost about €7 or use the bus. The bus passes the resort hourly from 8.00 until 21.00 and goes from Lagos to Luz. Details are in the apartment.
